Adam has been training in yoga Callisthenics & fitness for 10 years
Recent years he is practicing with Ranta and learning how the body works and how to create an intelligent practice but also learning how to not get swept away with the constant mind chatter. How to be more aware and present in our daily lives & how to live life playfully and with ease
Adam has Trained with Dylan Werner, Ambra Valo, Emi Tull and Ashely Russell
His vision alongside the studio is to get more guys into yoga and changing the stereotypical view of yoga they may have.
His background before this was a carpenter/project manager which was a huge enabling factor in the creation of highvibe.
He originally got into yoga to aid him to bounce better an his other hobbies snowboarding, kitesurfing & mountain biking, but now it has taken the top spot in his life.

After many years, I’ve come to realise that I use the practice and teachings of yoga to support me throughout different phases of life.
In my opinion, Yoga is not a physical, intellectual or spiritual goal to achieve. Instead I draw upon what I know to give me strength, resilience, adaptability, flexibility, peace, deep rest and (perhaps most importantly) self enquiry so that I can face up to the challenges of modern life as best I know how.

Drew's journey into a daily Ashtanga yoga practice began during the first COVID lockdown, quickly becoming a transformative experience both on and off the mat.
The eight limbs of Ashtanga provide powerful tools for cultivating awareness, kindness, and resilience through every breath and movement.During the day, Drew wears multiple hats as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach.
His background in sports gives him a unique perspective on the yoga method, allowing him to explore the intricacies of each pose and achieve a harmonious blend of mind, body, and breath. In his classes, it's not just about physical practice; it's about intentional movement and self-discovery.
When he's not guiding students through their yoga practice or coaching at the gym, Drew can be found lifting weights or exploring gymnastics. He is also pursuing a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation, dedicating himself to integrating scientific knowledge with the ancient wisdom of yoga.

Ben came to yoga during a tough time in his life, after years of resisting the practice. But the moment he stepped onto the mat, something shifted. The sense of clarity, strength, and stillness he found led him to complete his yoga training in India, where he rooted himself in traditional Hatha yoga and developed a deep appreciation for restorative and meditative practices.
Yoga became more than movement. it became a way to meet himself. This curiosity for inner work led Ben to train as a breathwork facilitator, expanding his tools for transformation. Now based in Bristol, he holds grounded, light-hearted space for others to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and primal design, believing true growth begins when we come home to ourselves.
