Ashtanga essence and sanskrit names of the postures has been maintained as much as possible yet playfulness and freedom of Rocket Yoga gives the practice a less serious feel :) Sun Salutation, Standing sequence with some extra variations , + a skillfully blended primary /intermediate series , Reduced chaturanga & several modifications to honour the practitioners body ! A great CLASICAL YOGA where breath is the Master key ! Open Level .
