Adam has been training in yoga Callisthenics & fitness for 10 years
Recent years practicing with Ranta learning how the body works and how to create an intelligent practice but also learning how to not get swept away with the constant mind chatter.
How to be more present and how to live life in joy rather than fighting it.
Trained with Dylan Werner, Ambra Vale, Emi Tull, Ashely Russell and many more.
His vision alongside the studio is to get more guys into yoga and changing the stereotypical view of yoga they may have.
His background before this was a carpenter/project manager which was a huge enabling factor in the creation of highvibe.
He originally got into yoga to aid him to bounce better an his other hobbies snowboarding, kitesurfing & mountain biking, but now it has taken the top spot in his life.

Drew's journey into a daily Ashtanga yoga practice began during the first COVID lockdown, quickly becoming a transformative experience both on and off the mat.
The eight limbs of Ashtanga provide powerful tools for cultivating awareness, kindness, and resilience through every breath and movement.During the day, Drew wears multiple hats as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach.
His background in sports gives him a unique perspective on the yoga method, allowing him to explore the intricacies of each pose and achieve a harmonious blend of mind, body, and breath. In his classes, it's not just about physical practice; it's about intentional movement and self-discovery.
When he's not guiding students through their yoga practice or coaching at the gym, Drew can be found lifting weights or exploring gymnastics. He is also pursuing a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation, dedicating himself to integrating scientific knowledge with the ancient wisdom of yoga.

My philosophy of yoga: We all go through different seasons in our lives, but I view yoga as a golden thread throughout these seasons, offering stability, consistency and reminders of the present. It is unique to each of us and can challenge us, not just physically, but in slowing down from the busyness of our lives. It helps us to realign our energy to what is most important and to bring together a beautiful community!
Sunday class description: Flow & Glow- Engage with some movement meditation with this energetic flow followed by some sweet stretching to round off your weekend. This flow is for all levels and will work on balance, strength and gentle flexibility.
