Multi lineage masterclass for intermediate level practitioners wishing to develop their physical skills, strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration ability. 

This workshop will include the best of Agni-yasa, Dharma ,Forrest, Rocket Yoga lineages.  Various transitions, balances, arm balances, inversion workshop with handstand playtime, flexibility and recovery ,fluidity & gracefulness in body movement, body conditioning, core & strenght building, breathing tecniques, Mantra, 7 chakra meditation and total body re-set with 20 min Yoga Nidra at the end.
