• Nervous System Mapping: Understand the different states of your nervous system—Freeze, Flight, Fight, and Flow—and their impact on your well-being.• Breathwork Practices: Every nervous system state has a breathing pattern. Engage in various breathing techniques to take back control. As well as a profound and powerful guided breathwork journey.• Ice Bath (Optional): Experience the invigorating effects of ice baths. The cold is one of the most potent stress triggers. When we learn to find control in ice, we can apply that skill to any real life situation.• Creative Reflection: Participate in guided writing exercises to explore your triggers—colours, smells, and memories—and develop strategies for achieving your flow state.• Personalised Nervous System Diary: Create a visual graph to track your emotional states and learn when to implement breathing techniques.• Community Connection: Share your journey with a supportive group and engage in discussions that foster connection and understanding.
